Segmented Barrel Vault Skylights



Vault Skylights Vault Skylights Continuous Vault systems are designed for unlimited applications utilizing site-built curbs on both flat and pitched roofs. Glazed with your choice of laminated or insulating in-fill with clear, tinted, high performance coating or thermal translucent options.

Unlike other vaulted systems, ribs may be spaced at 48" on center and the unit will still meet 85psf negative pressures.

Low- and Standard-Rise Barrel Vault Skylights

Half-Round Units (Models HR, SHR)
Half-round high-rise vaults are available in widths to 30' non supported. Unlimited lengths.

Quarter-Round Vaults (Models QR, SQR)
Quarter-round high-rise vaults are available in widths to 15' non supported. Unlimited lengths.

Each system consists of main aluminum rafters with horizontal purlins (as required).  The glazing panels rest on a snap-in EPDM gaskets and are secured by extruded aluminum retaining bars on the main spanning rafters.

Horizontal joints are "butt glazed" with high modulus silicon sealants. Exterior fasteners on the retaining bars are covered with mating, snap on caps.

Systems have a system of serrated screw spline, integrated internal weep and drainage, internal purlin to rafter connection (no exposed fasteners), thus better aesthetics.
